Delivery Policy

At NovoMartt (www.novomartt.com), we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery services to our customers across Bangladesh. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following delivery terms:
1. Delivery Options & Payment Method:
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment option at this time.
- For deliveries within Dhaka, we use Steadfast Courier and our own delivery personnel. For deliveries outside Dhaka, we exclusively use Steadfast Courier.
2. Delivery Timeframes:
- Within Dhaka: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days after processing.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery to locations outside Dhaka takes 2-5 working days, depending on the courier and location.
- Delays: During major festivals such as Eid, Puja, or due to natural events like storms, floods, heatwaves, or heavy rain, delivery times may be extended. Additionally, we do not process or deliver orders on Fridays (our weekly holiday). Orders placed after office hours on Thursday will be processed starting from Saturday.
3. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery:
- If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason the customer has to pay the delivery charge only even if the delivery charge is free for that particular delivery
Return Policy
We aim to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, the following return and exchange policy applies:
1. Checking for Defects:
- Upon Delivery: You must check for any defects or issues with the product immediately upon receiving it from the courier.
- If Defective: In case of a defective product, return it immediately via the courier, and no additional charges will be applied.
2. Return Process After Receipt:
- You must provide a video recording of the product unboxing/packing for any return claims.
- Return Period: Products can be returned within 3 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
- No Confirmation Needed: You can send the product to our office directly without needing prior confirmation.
- Product Condition Check: Once we receive the product, we will assess its condition. If the product is found to be genuinely defective, we will provide a replacement.
- No Stock Available: If the product is out of stock, you may choose a product of equal value, or opt to pay the difference for a more expensive product.
3. Refund Policy:
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
4. Return Time Limit:
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted beyond the 3-day time frame mentioned above.

Warranty, Guarantee & Replacement Policy
At NovoMartt, we strive to offer high-quality products to our customers. Please read our warranty, guarantee, and replacement terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Manufacturer’s Warranty & Guarantee:
- Manufacturer Warranty: Products with warranties or guarantees provided by the manufacturer will be serviced according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. You must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and work with the relevant authorized service centers for warranty claims.
2. NovoMartt-Supported Products:
- For products imported or branded by NovoMartt, we will provide customer support for warranty issues. Warranty terms (such as duration and conditions) will be provided at the time of purchase.
- Customers must keep the receipt and original packaging to claim the warranty.
3. Replacement Policy:
- Defective Items: In case of a defective product, a replacement will be provided upon verification of the defect after we receive the product back.
- If the same product is not in stock, you can select a product of equal value or pay the additional amount for a higher-priced product.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs/modifications is not covered by the warranty or replacement policy.
4. Replacement Process:
- Replacement requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Replacements will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to have the issue reported.

Limitation of Liability:
- NovoMartt is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products. By placing an order, you agree to waive any claims under this clause to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure:
- We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, or pandemics.
Policy Updates:
- NovoMartt reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
